Nu toate exercitiile sunt potrivite pentru toti. Ca si in cazul oricarui program de exercitii daca la un moment dat in timpul programului de aerobic incepeti sa va simtiti in pragul lesinului, ametiti sau aveti disconfort fizic, trebuie sa va opriti imediat. Sunteti responsabil in a face exercitiile in limitele dvs si sa cautati sfatul si atentia medicului in mod corespunzator.

Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. As with any exercise program if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately. You are responsible for exercising within your limits and seeking medical advice and attention as appropriate.
